PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Lee is the managing partner of Tieman, Spencer & Hicks and oversees the firm’s business and contractual practice, with John Spencer heading up the law firm’s personal injury team.  It is this diversity of experience, talent, background and resources that truly make TS&H unique in helping any person who has suffered an injury or loss because of someone else’s negligence.  The result of Lee’s never-ending desire to work with exemplary people in order to provide the best possible services to all of our clients is what originally motivated Lee to assemble this talented group of attorneys and support staff.   Over the past 25+ years, Lee has represented a diverse range of business clients, ranging from multi-national conglomerates to family-owned businesses and financially responsible courses of action for his clientele. It is certainly not unusual for Lee to assist the injury lawyers with strategy, negotiations, or even at trial, when Lee’s assistance may be beneficial to the client’s ultimate outcome.  This tried-and-true approach is self-evident by the fact that Lee’s practice is almost exclusively filled with long-standing, repeat clients, who regularly refer their family members, friends and employees to Tieman, Spencer & Hicks for help when they have a personal injury claim.
